Do I need to know how to code? +
No. The first cohort was almost entirely non-technical people. You need to be comfortable using tools - email, Google Docs, basic software - but no coding experience is required.
What's the difference between a Course and the Mastermind? +
A Course is a one-time purchase with lifetime access to that specific course. The Mastermind is a recurring subscription that includes all courses (current and future), plus monthly live calls with Russ and access to a private community of serious operators.
If I cancel the Mastermind, do I lose my courses? +
No. Any course you purchased individually stays with you permanently. If you cancel the Mastermind, you lose access to live calls and the community, but your course access is preserved forever.
How long does the AI Chief of Staff Course take? +
Four sessions. Each session is 60–90 minutes of focused building. Most people complete it in 2–4 weeks going at their own pace. It's not designed to be a 12-week commitment - it's designed to get you to something working as fast as possible.
